I have 25 years experience in hospitality. Together Stephen and I have run two highly successful seasonal restaurant businesses in our hometown, St Davids in the Pembrokeshire coastal national park and complement each other perfectly.

Always immaculate, extending a warm welcome to guests and visitors, I am well used organizing staff, always ensuring smooth, elegant yet unstuffy service.

I take great pride in ensuring tables are always perfectly clothed and laid, as well as having great flair for room decoration and plant /flower care.

I am meticulous in every detail and ensure the restaurant is always kept spotlessly clean.

I am also experienced in silver service and the service of fine wines, as well as staff training.

During the past five years Stephen and I have also planned, numerous parties, weddings and corporate events for up 200 people. Organizing and running the events from start to finish.

Venues have included private houses, marquees, weddings, christenings as well as more unusual locations such as lobster barbecues on the beach!

I am hands on, flexible and self motivated.

As well as currently running the restaurant I am also a skilled house manager

Stephen and I have just completed a six room extension to our home in St David’s

I am very interested in property development and design and was project manager for the 18 month duration of building works.

I am, therefore, completely happy dealing with all contractors and tradesmen. As well as being interested in all types of DIY, crafts and furniture renovation.

The results of my eye for detail and meticulous standards are stunning.

I keep an immaculate home and am willing to vacuum, dust, polish, change beds, launder and iron.

I enjoy sewing and can undertake alterations as well as make soft furnishings.

As a mother myself I would also be willing to undertake child care for my employer.

I enjoy driving and have had a clean license for 23 years and would be happy to run errands, airport /school runs, etc.

I am happy to assist the household wherever necessary.

From conversion of an old grocery store to 'best restaurant in Wales',  the growth of Lawton's as a thriving seasonal business has been entirely managed by Stephen and Kim Lawton Alongside the restaurant the couple also run a business dealing with private catering for parties of up to 200.
